Teaching and learning

 After finishing school, choosing the major of studying at university was challenging for me. On the first hand I loved mathematics a lot, on the other hand working as a teacher had frightened me a lot. At the end the love of mathematics was much more than the fear of being a teacher, and I chose to be a teacher.During the first years of teaching I regretted choosing that major , a lot of challenges face new teachers, are the students going to accept me? am I going to deal with them in a right way? am I able to apply the strategies I have learned correctly ? how will I know if the students have understood or not? how am I going to deal with problems? what kind of problem I will face?

I have done a lot of mistakes during the first years of teaching, but I knew that time that doing mistakes is a phase of the learning process, during my years of teaching I have learned things much more than the things that I thought, and much more than the things I have learned in the university. Having experiences is a as much important as having degrees. Moreover, learning from more experienced teachers is one of the major factors that shapes us as succeeded teachers.
